II. Description of the Operating Model

SCVN is a platform providing e-commerce services in the field of sports, allowing users to:

Create an athlete profile
Search for and challenge opponents
Take part in sports tournaments
Follow rankings, scores and achievements
Connect with the sports community

SCVN is NOT a competing party.

Every adjustment of results or points by SCVN staff has grounds and is logged.

SCVN does NOT sell physical goods.

SCVN provides technology infrastructure, a matching algorithm, a ranking system and tournament organizing tools. SCVN is the seller of the Pro and Elite account plans and the Organizer of tournaments it runs itself. For court bookings, courses and tournament fees collected by other parties, SCVN is a technology intermediary.

Each participant has its own rights and obligations under these Regulations.

IV. Registration & Service Use Process

1. Account registration

Users download the app or access the website
Register with an email address or a Google or Apple account
Provide basic personal information and the sports participated in

2. Account authentication & management

Users are responsible for the accuracy of their information
SCVN has the right to request additional authentication when needed

3. Taking part in challenges & tournaments

Users can send/receive challenges
Results are recorded according to the platform's defined process
Scores and rankings are processed automatically

V. Ranking & Scoring System

SCVN uses an automatic scoring system (ELO/SC points)
Adding/deducting points is processed by an algorithm

SCVN staff adjust results or points only in the case of:

A confirmed system error
Clear fraud supported by evidence
Handling disputes and complaints under these Regulations
Reviewing LV4–LV8 levels and SC tournament results

VI. Rights & Obligations of the Parties

1. Users

Rights:

Use the platform in accordance with its functions
File a complaint when a dispute arises
Request deletion of personal data in accordance with regulations

Obligations:

Provide truthful information
Not commit fraud or fix results
Comply with the Regulations and Vietnamese law

2. SCVN

Provide stable technical infrastructure
Store & protect user data
Handle feedback and complaints according to the process
Have the right to temporarily lock or terminate violating accounts

VII. Prohibited Acts

Fraud in competition results
Creating multiple accounts for profiteering
Providing content that violates the law
Insulting, defaming or disrupting the community
Interfering with the system without authorization

VIII. Dispute Resolution Mechanism

Users send complaints to support@scvn.vn
SCVN receives and responds within 3–7 working days
Complex cases may require additional evidence

The final decision is based on:

System data
Valid evidence
The SCVN Regulations

IX. Payment & Paid Services

Downloading the app, competing, earning SC points and joining a clan are always free
SCVN sells 12-month Pro and Elite account plans, which do not renew automatically, through the web (VietQR), the App Store, Google Play and contracts with schools and organizations
For account plans, SCVN is the direct service provider to the buyer
Fees for venue booking, tournament registration and Coach courses (if any) are collected directly outside the app by the club, Organizer or Coach
Details are in the Payment Policy, the Refund Policy and at the time the transaction arises

X. Information Security

SCVN complies with the Privacy Policy published on the website.

Users have the right to:

Access personal data
Correct information
Request deletion of personal data

XI. Limitation of Liability

SCVN is not liable for actual real-life results
SCVN is not liable if a dispute arises from users' conduct
For services provided by other parties, SCVN acts as a technology intermediary

XII. Effectiveness

These Regulations take effect from the date they are published on the SCVN website.

SCVN has the right to update the Regulations and will make a public announcement.
