This Privacy Policy applies to all users who access, register for and use the services on the SCVN website and app, including but not limited to sports players, Coaches, Court Owners, Tournament Organizers and other related parties.

III. Types of Data Collected

SCVN may collect the following types of information:

1. Personal identification information

Full name
Date of birth
Gender
Phone number
Email address
Profile picture
Linked Google, Apple or social media accounts (if any)
ID number (citizen ID or other code), address, school and class, if you provide them
A photo of your citizen ID or student card, when you send it for identity verification. This is optional

2. Sports profile information

Sports participated in
Rank, score (ELO/SC points)
Competition history, achievements
Ranking history

3. Transaction information

Plan purchased
Payment status
Transaction codes from payOS, Apple and Google, and invoices

4. Technical information

IP address
Device type, operating system
Language
Cookies and system log data
Device token for push notifications
App usage analytics (Firebase Analytics), including a device identifier

5. Location information

Device location, only if you allow it, to suggest venues and tournaments
Precise location at match check-in, stored with the match to prevent fraud
Location you choose to send in chat

6. Content you create

Messages in the app
Match photos, which may carry photo data such as time and place taken
Violation reports and complaints

IV. Purposes of Data Collection and Use

SCVN collects personal data for the following purposes:

Providing and operating the platform's features
Authenticating accounts and managing users
Organizing challenges, tournaments and rankings
Improving service quality and user experience
Supporting users and resolving complaints and disputes
Ensuring security and preventing fraud
Fulfilling legal obligations in accordance with Vietnamese law

V. Scope of Data Sharing

SCVN undertakes not to sell or exchange users' personal data to or with third parties.

Data is shared only in the following cases:

With the user's consent
To provide the service, with these partners: Google (Firebase Analytics, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Google Maps, Google Sign-In, Google Play), Apple (Sign in with Apple, App Store), payOS (VietQR payment) and the server provider
At the request of a competent state authority
To investigate or prevent fraud or acts that violate the law

VI. Data Retention Period

Personal data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes stated in this policy
When no longer necessary, data will be deleted, anonymized or reduced in accordance with regulations
Data relating to rankings and competition history may be retained in anonymized form to ensure the integrity of the system
Data is stored on rented servers abroad and on the services of the partners named in section V

VII. Data Security

SCVN applies reasonable technical and managerial measures to protect personal data, including:

Restricting internal access rights
Encrypting important information
Monitoring the system and preventing unauthorized access

However, no system is absolutely secure; SCVN is not liable for incidents arising beyond its reasonable control.

Users have the following rights with respect to their personal data:

Access and view personal data
Request correction and updating of information
Request deletion or restriction of data processing to the extent permitted by law
Withdraw consent to data processing
File a complaint if they believe their data has been processed in violation of regulations

X. People Under 18

SCVN is for people aged 11 and over. People under 18 need the consent of a parent or guardian
For people under 16 who have given a date of birth, people outside the app see only a shortened name
Parents or guardians can send requests about their child's data to support@scvn.vn

XII. Effectiveness
