II. Purpose of This Page

Ensure users' right to control their personal data
Comply with Vietnamese legal regulations on personal data protection
Comply with the requirements of app distribution platforms (Google Play, Apple App Store)

SCVN users have the right to request deletion of their personal data under the process described below.

III. Data Collected by SCVN

1. Personal identification data

Full name
Date of birth
Gender
Phone number
Email address
Profile picture
Linked Google, Apple or social media accounts (if any)
ID number (citizen ID or other code), address, school and class, if you provide them
A photo of your citizen ID or student card, when you send it for identity verification. This is optional

2. Sports profile data

Sports participated in
Level, score (ELO / SC points)
Competition history
Achievements and statistics relating to competition

3. Transaction data

Plan purchased
Payment status
Transaction codes from payOS, Apple and Google, and invoices

4. Technical data

IP address
Device, operating system
Language
Cookies and system logs
Device token for push notifications
App usage analytics
Anti-fraud data

5. Location data (if the user allows it)

Device location, used to suggest suitable venues, tournaments and opponents
Precise location at match check-in, stored with the match to prevent fraud
Location you choose to send in chat

6. Content you create

Messages in the app
Match photos
Violation reports and complaints

IV. User's Right to Data Deletion

Users have the right to:

Request deletion of all personal data provided to SCVN
Request restriction or cessation of the processing of personal data
Withdraw consent to the extent permitted by law

This right is exercised through a transparent process with a specific time limit.

V. Data Deletion Request Process

Method 1: Send a request by email

Users send an email to: support@scvn.vn

The email must provide:

Full name
The email or username of the SCVN account
The request to delete personal data
Additional information to authenticate the account (if requested)

Method 2: Delete your account in the app

Open Profile → Edit Profile
Choose Delete Account and confirm
The account is deleted at once and cannot be restored

VI. Processing Time

SCVN confirms receipt of the request within 03 working days
Deleting the account in the app: takes effect at once
Request by email: handled within 30 days at most, depending on the scope of the data and the related legal obligations
If more time is needed, SCVN will clearly notify the user

VII. Scope of Data Deletion

1. Data deleted at once when you delete your account in the app

Username and email
Full name, phone number, date of birth
Profile picture and bio
Google, Zalo and Facebook links
Device token for push notifications

2. Data deleted only when you send a request by email

Deleting your account in the app does not yet delete the data below. To delete it, send a request by Method 1:

ID number, address, Apple link and school details you provided
Messages, match photos and check-in locations
Transaction data (to the extent permitted by law)

3. Data that may be retained in anonymized form

Deleting personal data does not mean deleting:

Statistical data
Ranking data
Anonymized competition history

This data may be retained to: ensure the integrity of the system, ensure fairness and transparency for the community, and serve legal, audit or anti-fraud requirements.

If a plan is still active when you delete your account, refunds follow the Refund Policy.

VIII. Cases Where Immediate Deletion Is Not Possible

Data being used in a fraud investigation
Data relating to a dispute being handled
Data that must be retained as required by law

In these cases, SCVN will clearly notify the user of the reason.

IX. Data Security & Safety

SCVN applies reasonable technical and managerial measures to protect personal data
Only authorized personnel may access the data
SCVN does not sell or exchange users' personal data
