Refund Policy

Transparent rules on refunds on the SCVN platform.

Effective from: 13 November 2026

1. Scope

This policy applies to the 12-month Pro and Elite plans, which do not renew automatically.

Court bookings, tournament fees and coaching courses are collected directly by the club, the Organizer or the Coach. Refunds of those amounts follow the rules of the party that collected the money.

2. Plans Bought on the Web (VietQR)

You get a 100% refund in either of these cases:

• The plan was not activated, or SCVN cannot provide the service.
• You ask within 7 days of activation and have not used any benefit specific to the plan. For example: you have not created challenges beyond the free limit, founded a clan or received a certificate.

After 7 days, or once a benefit has been used, SCVN does not give pro-rata refunds, except where the law requires it or SCVN stops the service.

Transfer too little: the plan is not activated, and you choose to top up or to get the money back. Transfer too much or twice: SCVN refunds the excess.

3. Web Refund Process

1. Email support@scvn.vn or call 0903 116 140. Give your username, order code and reason.
2. SCVN replies within 3 working days at most. If you paid and the plan is not active: within 4 working hours.
3. The money goes back to the same bank account you paid from, usually in 3–5 working days and within 30 days at most.
4. When refunded, the plan is withdrawn and the account returns to its previous plan.

4. Plans Bought in the App

• App Store (iPhone): Apple decides on refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Google Play (Android): request a refund through Google Play or contact SCVN.
• When Apple or Google refunds you, the plan is withdrawn automatically.
• If the plan is not active, contact SCVN before asking for a refund.

5. Plans Granted by a School or Organization

Refunds follow the contract between SCVN and the school or organization.

6. No Refund

• The account was suspended or terminated for breaching the Terms of Service.
• The account was found cheating on points or match results.
• Promotional transactions clearly marked "Non-refundable" before purchase.

If you delete your account while a plan is active, the conditions in section 2 still apply. The remaining time is not refunded pro rata.

7. Special Cases

SCVN considers refunds flexibly in force majeure cases:

• Serious health reasons (a medical certificate is required)
• Military service or long-term work assignment
• Moving abroad
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, epidemics)

These cases need valid supporting documents and are reviewed one by one.

8. Repeated Store Refunds

If an account has 3 refunds or revocations through the App Store or Google Play within 12 months, buying plans through the stores is suspended. Contact support@scvn.vn to ask for it to be reopened.

9. Policy Changes

All changes will:

• Be announced on the website and by email to users with ongoing transactions
• Take effect 7 days after the date of publication
• Not affect transactions completed before the date of the change
